Joe Samnik, founder of etc Samnik Seminars, has nearly four decades of experience as a consultant on tree issues, arboriculture and horticulture with a focus on permitting, dispute resolution and ordinance compliance. In this capacity, Joe has worked with builders, developers, attorneys, corporations and governmental agencies nationwide.

Sought after as an inspiring speaker, his presentations are recognized for Continuing Education Units by professional organizations in real estate, arboriculture, landscaping, agriculture and more. He served as a past president and education chair of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals, and is the founding president of the International Society of Arboriculture Florida Chapter. During his long career, Joe has garnered numerous honors, including receiving the Edward W. Bok award for lifetime achievement in excellence of arboriculture.
